Viridex®RF thermocoagulation is a different technique to the more commonly used electrocoagulation, which only burns and sometimes leaves scars.
Thermocoagulation heats the water molecules in the vein with a 4Mhz vibration administered through a specially designed needle.
It is the principle of radio frequency that is used. This technique allows the painless disappearance of a large majority of spider veins, teleangectasias, ruby points, angiomas etc.
